Left 4 Dead
Yesterday I tried the new game of Valve. It’s called Left4Dead, there was just the demo available. You can buy it from November 18th (today). Here is a small review:
HowTo: Register QuakeNet IRC channel
First join your channel:
/join #yourchannel
You should be the channel OP, if not you can’t register the channel. Now you have to register yourself at Q:
/msg Q HELLO yourmail@addy.com yourmail@addy.com
You will get your password by mail… With it you can log in:
/msg Q@Cserve.quakenet.org AUTH yourusername passwordfrommail
Now you need 3 guys which join your channel and stay there for about 1 hour. When the time passed send that:
/msg R REQUESTBOT #yourchannel
If that wouldn’t be granted try it again every 15 minutes.
At least make you to the channel master:
/msg Q CHANLEV #yourchannel yourusername +m

Font bug in Iceweasel
Yesterday i recognized that the font-size in my blog isn’t correct. I switched to Windows and there it works fine. Then i tried it again with Sidux and detected that the problem is in Iceweasel, because with Firefox3 and Opera it works quite well. What may i remark is that the problem is just when the fonts are defined in em, with px there isn’t any problem.
I’ve read on some other blogs that they have the same bug and I hope the Debian-Community will fix the problem soon. In the meantime i will use the normal Firefox.
After long, long time finally an update
So here is it, my new website. I have these once made with WordPress, in my opinion that that it’s one of the best and fastest CMS momentary.
As you can see , the new design is more simply this time. This is because I have enough of so infalted sites which needs rather long to load and because I think it’s much clearer.
I will write some (maybe also for you) interesting entries in the near future, i hope i’ll really do it. It would be nice if you now and then left me a commentary.
So that was the first entry, i hope the new site pleases you!
